Quando se trata de sandu\u00edches, acredito que sim, principalmente quando falamos de cl\u00e1ssicos como um simples <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cozinhatrevous.com.br\/pao-com-mortadela-e-queijo-derretido\/\">p\u00e3o com mortadela e queijo<\/a><\/strong>, por exemplo. Esses sandu\u00edches com poucos ingredientes se destacam, pois, na maioria das vezes, sua origem s\u00e3o os botecos. P\u00e3o com carne assada, queijo prato e cebola, p\u00e3o com pernil, cebola e lim\u00e3o, p\u00e3o com lingui\u00e7a acebolada, e por a\u00ed vai&#8230; Quando meu pai tinha um botequim, ele vendia um sandu\u00edche de p\u00e3o franc\u00eas com <strong>&#8220;fritada especial&#8221;<\/strong>, que levava: queijo, mortadela, cebola, salsa e uma pitada de sal. Quem acompanha a <strong>Cozinha TREVOUS<\/strong>, nos tempos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/patty_fa\/\"><strong>Patty Maionese<\/strong><\/a>, j\u00e1 deve ter visto esse epis\u00f3dio no <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/cozinhatrevous\">YouTube<\/a><\/strong>. Esse sandu\u00edche era um sucesso entre os trabalhadores que frequentavam o bar. Nessa \u00e9poca, eu ajudava meu pai no atendimento, e quando eu me atrasava, n\u00e3o tinha jeito: ficava sem a minha cota de sandu\u00edche, pois vendia tudo muito r\u00e1pido. \ud83d\ude22[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1559&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]E foi exatamente em um desses meus atrasos que me inspirei para criar essa receita. Com o passar do tempo, fui melhorando o preparo, at\u00e9 que finalmente substitu\u00ed o p\u00e3o franc\u00eas por uma <strong>baguete com parmes\u00e3o<\/strong>, que fez toda a diferen\u00e7a, e assim mantive essa receita.
